Establishment of a Daughter Company of “Energomashexport Corporation” LLC in Panama
On October the 17th, 2008 there was registered a daughter company of “Energomashexport Corporation” LLC in Panama named Energolatina, S.A. entitled to represent interests of the headquarter company in Latin America. One of the basing tasks of Energolatina, S.A. is to monitor implementation of the contracts for supply of electrical and mechanical equipment for “Bajo de Mina” and “Baitun” HPPs in Panama.

Energomashexport Corporation LLC" together with the "KHARKOVTURBOENGINEERING LLC" (Kharkov, Ukraine) has successfully completed shipment of the first and the second set of the equipment (bronze cartridges for pins of blades and the mechanism of turn of blades) for modernization of the units No.17,23 of "Kamskaya HPP" in Russia (two units of 26 MW each).

"Energomashexport Corporation LLC" together with the state-owned plant "Electrotyazhmash" (Ukraine) has successfully completed shipment of the first set of the equipment (stator frame, core segments, erection tools and devices) for rehabilitation of the hydrogenerators of "Infiernillo" HPP in Mexico (225 MVA x 2).
Contract in Panama
"Energomashexport Corporation LLC" has won the bids called by CILSA S.A. de C.V. civil construction company and signed the turn-key contract with the said Company for supply of the electromechanical equipment for "Bajo de Mina" HPP development project in Panama.
According to the terms and conditions of the Contract "Energomashexport Corporation LLC" is responsible for general design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of all electromechanical equipment (hydraulic turbines with the governors and oil pressure units, hydrogenerators together with the excitation systems, hydromechanical and auxiliary equipment of the Plant). The works are to be completed in 2008-2010.
The schedule of the Project implementation is tough: the first unit is to be commissioned on March, the 2nd, the second one - on April the 28th, 2010.
"Bajo de Mina" HPP with installed capacity of 56 MW (28 MW x 2) is being constructed on the Chiriqui Viejo river in Plaza Caisan region of Renacimiento area, province of Chiriqui, Panama.
Contract in Mexico
"Energomashexport Corporation" LLC in consortium with the Mexican company "Generadores Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V." has won the contract for supply of two 225 МVА hydrogenerators for reconstruction of HYDROELECTRIC POWER STATION "Infernillo" for the Federal Commission of Electricity of Mexico (CFE). The first unit shall be delivered in 7 months after the contract is signed, and the second one – in 15 months. The contract has been already signed.

Contract for supply of Technological equipment for TPP-21, Mosenergo, Russia
Contract for supply of technological equipment for construction of CCPP-450, unit 11 of TPP-21, Mosenergo, Russia has been signed by Energomashexport Corporation and JSC “Mosenergo”. Contract for total value exceeding 30 mln USD will be executed during the year 2007.
