• while choosing partners, suppliers and contractors we consider their compliance with the requirements of the environment protection, we strive to increase their interest in the protection of the nature;
• we constantly perform the analysis of the management decisions’ impact to the environment during the execution of energy projects in order to prevent any contamination at each stage of the project;
• we do our best to reduce the negative impacts to the environment which may be caused by the projects performed by our Company;
• we try to match all the legislation requirements in the field of the environment protection in the regions of the Company’s presence;
• we inform our partners and all the parties involved in the projects of the Company’s activities in the field of the environment protection;

The main dangers and risks of the Company in the field of industrial safety and labor protection are associated with production activities at the sites of execution of projects for engineering, supply, commissioning, construction and reconstruction of energy facilities. The Company's employees constantly monitor and supervise the activities of partners and contractors at such facilities.

Taking into account the potential danger of energy facilities, as well as the inability to directly control the dangers and risks in the activities of contractors and partners in the execution of projects, we understand that significant success in ensuring security can be achieved only through proper management decisions.

The following are the main principles in implementing of the policy on labor protection and industrial safety for us:

• the protection and conservancy of the Company’s staff life and health as well as the other persons present at the sites of projects execution during the performance of their production activities;
• the elimination of operational injuries of the Company’s personnel visiting the projects execution sites;
• health care of the Company’s employees who execute office work and production assignments in all regions of the Company’s presence.

For the implementation of these policy principles, we undertake:

• to continuously review and to comply with the current legislation in the field of labor protection in all the regions of the Company’s presence;
• to inform in due time the contractors staff and the staff of all organizations involved of the hazards and risks that may arise during execution of the Company’s projects;
• to demand persistently the observance of the modern standards and rules in the field of industrial safety and health from contractors involved in the Company’s projects fulfillment;
• to improve continuously of our labor protection and occupational safety system.

Each employee is personally responsible for compliance with the requirements of labor protection and occupational safety system.
