Primorskaya TPP

12.09.2017 Energomashexport Corporation LLC signed contract № Д/ИНЖ/72/6552 with Inter RAO-Engineering LLC for the implementation of work package: supply and installation of the solid fuel feed equipment for the project «Construction of the Primorskaya TPP».

Work package of the supply and installation of solid fuel feed equipment (with the supply of materials) of the coal-fired thermal power plant in the Svetlovsk urban district of the Kaliningrad region with an electrical capacity of 3x65 MW.

The site for the construction of the thermal power plant is located in the Russian Federation, Kaliningrad Region, Svetlovsky urban district, 11 kilometers east of Svetly city, and 1.4 kilometers southeast of Vzmorye town, on the shores of the Kaliningrad Baltic Sea Canal.

This type of construction of generation facilities is a new construction. The purpose of generation facilities is the generation of electrical energy to meet the needs of the housing and utilities sector and industrial enterprises in the region.

The infrastructure includes the following buildings and structures:

• Service and technical building of fuel supply with domestic premises;

• Unloading device;

• Carriage pusher;

• Crushing house;

• Defrosting device with electric heaters;

• Platform for cooling the coal;

• Constructions of the main fuel supply line with conveyors and handling conveyors;

• Constructions of a fuel supply line of a fuel supply with conveyors, handling conveyors and loading bunkers;

• Fuel supply line within the main building with a under bunker conveyors;

• Open fuel storage;

• Antidust protection;

• Garage for mechanisms of a coal warehouse with household premises;

• The device of input quality control of coal.

Currently:

Fully completed work on the supply of solid fuel equipment. Partially performed installation of equipment:

1) ВРДС-100Л wagon tipper

The assembly of the mechanical part of one of the most important elements of the coal unloading system, the wagon tipper, was completed ahead of time.

2) A set of crushing and milling machines and sub-bunker feeders.

Simultaneously with the wagon tipper, the installation of a set of crushing and milling machines and sub-bunker feeders was completed ahead of schedule.

3) Conveyors 1, 2 A/Б

In the final stage of readiness are the conveyor number 1 and the conveyors number 2 A/Б.

4) Hammer crushers СМ-170В

Fully completed the installation of two hammer crushers СМ-170В with the motor.

As of 10.06.2019 Energomashexport Corporation LLC fulfills the entire scope of its obligations for the supply and installation of solid fuel equipment for the Primorskaya TPP construction project in a timely manner and in accordance with the working documentation.ьного хозяйства и промышленных предприятий региона.

В состав топливного хозяйства входят следующие здания и сооружения:

• Служебно-техническое здание топливоподачи с бытовыми помещениями;
• Разгрузочное устройство;
• Вагонотолкатель с платформой прикрытия;
• Дробильный корпус;
• Размораживающее устройство с электронагревателями;
• Площадка для расхолаживания угля;
• Сооружения основного тракта топливоподачи с конвейерами  и узлами пересыпки;
• Сооружения тракта топливоподачи склада топлива с конвейерами, узлами пересыпки и загрузочными бункерами;
• Тракт топливоподачи в пределах главного корпуса с надбункерными конвейерами;
• Открытый склад топлива;
• Противопылевой защитный экран;
• Гараж для механизмов угольного склада с бытовыми помещениями;
• Устройство входного контроля качества угля.

В настоящее время:

Полностью выполнены работы по поставке оборудования хозяйства твердого топлива. Частично выполнены работы по монтажу оборудования, а именно смонтированы:

1) Вагоноопрокидыватель ВРДС-100Л

Досрочно завершён монтаж механической части одного из важнейшего элемента системы разгрузки угля - вагоноопрокидывателя.

2) Комплект ДФМ и подбункерных питателей.

Одновременно с вагоноопрокидывателем досрочно был завершён монтаж комплекта дробильно-фрезерных машин и подбункерных питателей.

3) Галерея конвейеров 1, 2А/Б

В завершающей стадии готовности находятся конвейер №1 и конвейера №2А/Б.

4) Дробилки молотковые СМ-170В

Полностью завершены работы по монтажу двух молотковых дробилок СМ-170В в комплекте с двигателем.

По состоянию на 10.06.2019г. ООО «Корпорация Энергомашэкспорт» выполняет весь объем своих обязательств по поставке и монтажу оборудования хозяйства твердого топлива по объекту «Строительство Приморской ТЭС» своевременно и в соответствии с рабочей документацией.
