PROJECT: "UVVS. Construction of the substation GPP-36 bis"

Construction Contract No. НТЭК-32-07/21 was signed 13.01.2021 between NTEK JSC and Energomashexport Corporation LLC for a complex of design and survey works, logistical support, construction, installation and commissioning works on a turnkey basis for project: “UVVS. Construction of the substation GPP - 36 bis".

The site is located in the Russian Federation, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Norilsk, Valkovskoe shosse, 11 km 34, in the area of ​​the dispensary complex Valek:

Purpose of the project:

Provision of reliable power supply to the complex Valek of ZFAO MMC Norilsk Nickel, facilities of the group of companies of ZF PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, facilities of the municipal district of Norilsk, prospects for the development of the Valek area (Intensive construction of country houses in the area of ​​the Norilskaya River).

The construction of GPP-36 bis provides for:

Two power transformers TMG with capacity 16 MVA each;

Unit 35 kV - indoor switchgear 35 kV (ZRU-35 kV);

Unit 6 kV:

indoor switchgear 6 kV modular type (ZRU-6 kV);

service transformers 6 / 0.4 kV (TCN);

control panel with auxiliary services supply and devices of the Automated Dispatch Management System and Electricity Commercial Metering Automated System.

Unit 0.4 kV:

complete two transformer substation (2KTPNU);

indoor switchgear 0.4 kV (ZRU-0.4 kV);

At present:

Technical specifications for engineering surveys and work programs have been agreed. Engineering surveys were completed in full and technical reports were provided based on the results of engineering surveys at NTEK JSC. General technical solutions of project documentation have been agreed with NTEK JSC. The specification of the main equipment has been agreed. The schedule for issuing the project scope was provided, according to which 6 sections of the project documentation were sent to the Customer for consideration.
